Initial Consultation (From 20 minutes up to 45 Minutes)
Your first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll take the time to understand your health history, current condition, complete physiological screenings and assessments, exercise testing, and setting personal and measurable goals so we can develop a tailored exercise physiology plan that meets your unique needs. Whether you're managing a chronic condition, recovering from injury, or looking to improve your overall wellbeing, this session sets the foundation for your progress. -
Ongoing Treatment and Support
You'll take part in our tailored exercise physiology programs designed for you and delivered under expert clinical supervision. Typically intensive in frequency at the start and we will gradually transition you to self-management. Our goal is to help you build lasting habits, restore function, and make meaningful health improvements in a supportive, encouraging environment. Together, we’ll set achievable goals and track your progress every step of the way. -
Measuring Your Progress
To ensure your progress is clear and evidence-based, we use test–retest measures—comparing your baseline (pre-program) results with outcomes at the end of your treatment. This provides objective insight into how your health is improving. At the end of your program, we’ll explain what these results mean for you and how you can continue making positive changes moving forward. -
We work closely with your GP, support coordinator, or other allied health professionals to make sure everyone is on the same page. This includes sharing relevant progress updates, test–retest results, and any clinical concerns that arise during your treatment.

As you achieve your rehab goals, we help you transition into long-term self-management.
You can:
Continue with occasional 1:1 reviews. We can facilitate this within the clinic consult room, gym, telehealth, or in the comfort of your own home.
Join our supervised 45-minute group exercise session for ongoing guidance and motivation
Access a structured gym or home program that you complete on your own that is tailored to your lifestyle and needs.
This step focuses on building consistency and confidence - so your progress becomes part of your everyday routine.
